I usually work out about four to six days a week. I'll do workouts with the youtube videos and sometimes do crunches. Most of the time I'll do cardio.

Use to have fun at the gym until a telephone pole accidentally fell on me. Yes it fell on me I didn’t hit it. So now the gym and I don’t work out anymore and yes I’m tried and tried.

I strength train every 2 days for 20-30 mins doing isometrics. It's the most efficient form of training and the safest.
