I work out a lot and a warm shower feels good. In the summer I like a cool shower

I start with warm & gradually turn it to a non-dangerous but hotter temperature. Wash up. Then when I'm done & ready to get out, I slowly turn it back to warm. Then to cold. As cold as I can get it. That's how I prefer it.
