You don't need to do anything to crazy maybe something you can do a pull up on comfortably and some generic cheap weights as well as a bag

2. Push-ups are essential very anesthetic creating (good looking body shape/preportions) works out chest, triceps back and fore arms. for more upper body mass put a folded towel in the inner part of a bag and put weight on top of towel close bag and where it before doing push-ups
3dips for triceps learn online us weighted technique mentioned for higher mass
4. pike push ups for shoulders
5. arnie, Egyptian or overhead pres for shoulders aswell (front head) you can put weights in washing basket to simulate bar or do it the dumbel way
6. mountain climbers, planchet and sit upstairs for abs, obliques and spinal stability
7. do dashes, sprints and jogging to lose fat and gain leg functionality and make them look a little more pleasing.
8. squats, Nordic hamstring curls and reverse Nordicfor thighs , knees and hammer

You'll definitely get quicker results if you join a gym or health club, but I'd only recommend doing that if you have a flexible schedule. If you work 9-5, etc, you may find it difficult to get your workouts in, because a lot of gyms are very crowded in the evenings.
I have plenty of experience working out, and I've found that your diet and nutrition, vitamin regimen, etc are crucial to success in body building. Good luck, sir. If you can get your body to be anywhere near as awesome as your personality, you'll have women lining up to date you:)
Thanks man. Any vitamins you recommend

Try the Book "The Marine Corp 3x Fitness Program". 3x refers to upper body, lower body, and cardio. Each is done twice a week. The exercises are comparatively simple, most requiring a minimum or no extra equipment.
Simple changes can mean a lot- Changing loading angles on the muscles, for example. When push-ups get too easy, put your feet on a sofa. When that gets too easy, do them one-handed.
If you're just going for leanness as opposed to the whole body builder/weight lifting thing then at-home works fine. Going to the gym is useful a) for the specialized equipment and b) if being in an environment outside your home helps you motivate/focus on your goals.
Otherwise, focus on cardio, balancing your diet, and finding holistic workouts that will balance which muscles you use without needing complex equipement. There's lots of fitness guides and at-home work out routines out there so just find something that seems reliable and is a good fit for your goals and lifestyle.
(But also, maybe re-focus your motivation a little. The goal of fitness should always be physical health as opposed to visual change, because there's no guarantee that your body will change the way you expect it to, which can be very disheartening. Moreover, you might find is difficult to maintain your motivation if you don't feel like you've made the choice on your own behalf rather than because you think society is forcing you too).
Also, if you have concerns about your physical appearance, don't forget to consider other habits like skin care, vitamins, water intake, personal hygiene, hair maintenance and style, and fashion choices. Making strides in other arenas may help you gain the confidence to maintain more difficult habits like workouts (workouts are certainly a difficult habit for me at least).
But regardless of what choice you make, make sure you're setting healthy, reasonable goals and taking good care of your body.
You can do a lot at home, .. if willing to invest the time and give up the Socialization that goes on in the GYM'. You might include a HARD YOGA org. if one is near you and get involved there. I have the strongest, leanest women I have ever seen at my yoga club, and many of them utilize a Pilates course, which is VERY tough.
That said, I do work at home using things I got at my Physical Therapy unit, which includes some very strong stretch rubber straps that can be used in a door, held by your foot on the floor or a yoga mat, basically becoming an "isometric Contraction" which will give you the same resistance for biceps, triceps, forearms legs etc.
I have a few free weights at my home, and you can also get those freely from a local sporting goods store or on line at Amazon. If you take up Yoga (Not what it used to be) and also Pilates... I think you will get where you want to go WITHOUT the gym
The items I use the most for at home workouts are dumbbells', pullup bar, pushup bars, resistance bands. It gave a me a decent physique. I would even use other items like chairs or a military bag with weights in it. I'd be kinda creative with it. So, my workouts changed based on what I wanted to target. But my advice for beginners is always to start off doing compound exercises at an intensity where they aren't really feeling fatigue or going to failure. It's when you're consistent with that style of training where you start to see a healthy steady increase in size and strength. Then when you're more experienced later on, start doing more intense exercises.
And ofc, if you want the ripped look, gotta start eating in a healthy deficit to get the fat off. Either that or do more (preferably) steady state cardio.
Don’t body build, I can’t stress enough what a torment of hell that will be on your body to lose the fat and never be able to properly insulate yourself. That being said, you can easily work out at home without using equipment, I believe the OPM regiment is 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, 100 push-ups, and a 10k run. I doubt you need to do this every day, but I imagine you can work your way up to that goal with different sets of reps like starting at 20 each, taking a break and then repeating it until you reach 100
Sandbags can get real heavy real fast. Kettleballs can work minor groups as well as major groups. Is it easier in a gym with a ton of different equipment? Sure. Is it essential, no. I've seen a lot of really big guys in "long-term holding" shall we say, using only the stuff they cobbled together out of scrap. I stayed in great shape in the basin of a mountain one time using nothing but sandbags, a couple poles, and a chunk of concrete. Now admittedly I have a lot of equipment in my home gym, but that's because I think it's fun. Using nothing but the above got me to where I can knock out 40 one handed pushups without a second thought, and the only reason I stop then is because much further hurts my back from an old injury.
What's going to get you in the BEST shape? Whatever you actually do. I mean REALLY do.
You can get ripped with nothing but a floor, a wall, and a pull-up bar.
Calisthenics + proper diet + adequate rest.
You can look muscular and athletic for sure.
However, if you lift heavy weights at a gym, you can progress faster, and get even bigger.
But, if looking like an athlete is all you’re looking for (think soccer player, basketball player, mma fighter) then calisthenics (body weight workouts) is all you really need.
You don’t need any more than an hour a day of intense exercise (even half an hour can work if you’re intense enough) and clean eating + enough protein.
There are plenty of calisthenic workouts you can find online. The key is to be consistent.
The best diet and workout plan you can follow is the one you can stick to. 💪
Without any equipment, you can get the ripped body you want in a variety of ways. You can fabricate a tore and conditioned solid body by utilizing proven calisthenic activities, getting in focused energy high-impact practice and sticking to a sound eating routine arrangement that upholds your body's requirements. Three months can be enough time to get ripped at home with the right exercises and diet.
If you are wanting to gain muscle , I recommend joining a small gym or dojo.
i joined a dojo just to make friends but am losing weight and gaining muscle. The price is better than a commercial gym and I have a good relationship with most of the people there with me.
i also recommend a dojo where you can lean multiple skills like BJJ or Krav Maga. Not only are you getting fit but you are gaining a skill to protect your partner.
You don't need a damn gym. Gyms like are common today didn't even exist until I was close to 30. You can do a heck of a lot at home with just body weight exercises, stretching, calisthenics, etc. Although it helps to have more than that. Add some jogging, bicycle riding, physical work outdoors, sports - just about anything you do to move with some resistance will help.
Or get a job doing heavy labor. Do that at a full time job and the gym rats won't be able to keep up with you.
you can get cardio in shape running up steps, make your own weights from gallon water bottles, they are slightly over 8 pounds, cut down on sugar and salt intake. do push ups and situps.
You can get yourself 90% of the way there without any equipment beyond shoes. A couple of cans of soup or peaches can work as weights. Walking, running, sit-ups, and push-ups are free. Shovel some gravel and you'll get a great core workout (the men that used to shovel coal in ship's boilers had rock hard abs).
Watch a Rocky movie. You don't need a fancy gym.
You don't need a gym membership. Get some stretch cords of different weights and a few hand-held dumbbell weights. Use them to exercise your arms, legs and back. Walk a lot for endurance and run for cardiac exercise.
Key thing is to stay active. Don't play video games or watch videos all day.
I had a home gym setup during covid. I just had a barbell/dumbbell set and a bench. I was able to get in some good workouts. I went back to the gym afterwards and I get a better workout there.. There are pieces of equipment that are easier on my aging joints
I joined a gym for the first time. I looked around, and everyone was talking. That's it. I guess it's kind of like a bar, but cheaper.
You can get ripped at home.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/k5c1Sm6bAdoYou can get ripped with home workout and proper diet!
You have to hit the gym if you wanna be super strong and build big muscles, cause that would need heavy lifting...
Physical fitness? That's a suckers game. Everybody is gonna die one day. You could get hit by a car. But your abs will look good. Gotta make sure your abs looks good when you get hit by a car.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/Y6MQUaXFfLYWe have a home gym set up which wasn't cheap, but it still worked out cheaper than 2 years of a gym membership, so money well spent.
Getting ripped requires a massive calorie deficit plus some moderate physical exercise. Getting jacked requires massive amounts of protein and lifting.
Do palates. Realistically anything in your house can be used as a weight. Need a barbell? Use a broom, need a kettlebell? Use a water jug.
You got this 💪🏾

This sits in my bedroom with a bunch of other stuff. Gyms are for extroverts.
I recommend a gym unless if you have space for lifting bars and such. Just get a $10 a month membership at planet and you will be good to go
Of course i know a construction worked who is Rip and fit in his 60s just from his work in lifting stuff in his work Shop. U can do planks and pushups
The problem is you have to learn or know how to workout but going to a gym is near pointless if you have some home gym equipment. I hate the losers at gyms anyways
Funny I paid a gym 2k for a personal trainer for a year. Don’t regret it.
But how many times did I use the million dollar machines out there? 10%. Most was mar work, burpees, spiderwalks, leg lifts. Lol
All you need is this, but instead of a chain, use a numbered gymnastic strap:
https://www.youtube.com/embed/D-RcX4Z441QYou can do it at home if you have the space for the equipment
I think you mean having a little to no body fat on torso and abdominal. You don't need a gym. But you need to cardio, calisthenics like a ton and eating at a deficit
its about discipline, the location does not matter, if you don't show up and do the work it does not matter where your at. every thing you need right now to be ripped is free! minus the food
You can get pretty ripped doing body weight exercises. When you get to the point of doing vertical pushups you probably need a gym.
You can definitely do it at home. There are a lot of channels on YouTube that feature at home workouts.
My boyfriend works out at home. You just need to purchase some equipment.
Try a set of drums. Worked wonders for me!
You can do it at home. Easy!
You can do it all with body weight exercise
