Hi ladies, how can you find the time to exercise if you working 8 hours a day?

Like anyone does. You make time before or after. I'm sorta lucky in the fact that I work nights so I have all day to get that done. When I get done with work I am beat and go to bed. I usually work out for an hour a day except on weekends where I try to get stuff done and also have a little fun. When in school I typically will after class and then go home. I don't work 8 hours every night but sometimes do.

glad to see your opinion maya , anyway night shift probably won't be good for your health at long term, how many hours you work at night do you resist sleep?

I usually work 6 give or take. No I get sleep for sure. When I finish my degree no more night work.

You Just get things done when you get home. Or if you have enough time, do something before heading to work.

Even with 8 hours of sleep, you still have 8 hours left in a day. Put priorities.
