I gained a lot of weight since getting a part time job because I have more time alone to snack and I love food. I'm pretty sure I have a sugar addiction and that I do stress eating too. How can I help myself to eat less safely? My job is already active so I don't want to exercize outside of it. I'm almost 20kg overweight and I'm the type to gain weight as easily as I can loose it, which makes me super prone to getting stretch marks. I already have so many of it, I feel lost. 🥲🥲🥲

Eat more fibrous foods like broccoli, black beans, pinto beans, quinoa, apples, Brussel sprouts, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and lots of protein like skinless chicken breast, turkey, lean beef, eggs, Greek yogurt, peanut butter.
This will fill you up and keep you from eating a lot of unnecessary foods and snacking.
Eat foods with a lot of protein and track that should be a minimum of.8-1 gram protein per pound of bodyweight daily. If you want you can track the calories also but you probably won’t go over if you have a split of 30% protein each full meal and 10% for snacks adding up to 100% of bodyweight
Eat mostly fruits and vegetables and meat. The weight will melt off fast.
