How to eat less food?

I gained a lot of weight since getting a part time job because I have more time alone to snack and I love food. I'm pretty sure I have a sugar addiction and that I do stress eating too. How can I help myself to eat less safely? My job is already active so I don't want to exercize outside of it. I'm almost 20kg overweight and I'm the type to gain weight as easily as I can loose it, which makes me super prone to getting stretch marks. I already have so many of it, I feel lost. 🥲🥲🥲
