I don't understand it why I don't get cramps on my period, cause I used to have sooo much. Should I see a doctor?
Yes, it is normal for some individuals to not experience cramps during their menstrual period. Menstrual cramps, also known as dysmenorrhea, vary from person to person. While cramps are a common symptom, not having them is perfectly normal and does not indicate any underlying health issues. The intensity and presence of menstrual cramps can depend on several factors, including:
People have different pain thresholds and sensitivities, which can influence whether they experience cramps and how severe they are. Hormonal fluctuations play a significant role in menstrual symptoms. Some individuals may have milder hormonal changes during their periods, leading to fewer or no cramps. Certain medical conditions, such as endometriosis or uterine fibroids, can cause more severe cramps. If you consistently experience unusually painful periods or other concerning symptoms, it's advisable to consult a healthcare provider for evaluation and guidance.
Ultimately, the absence of cramps during menstruation is not a cause for concern. It's just one of the many ways that menstruation can vary from person to person. If you have questions or concerns about your menstrual health, it's always a good idea to discuss them with a healthcare professional who can provide personalized advice and guidance.

Yes, see a doctor. You're too young to not have those. Cramps are a sign that your uterus is working right or is shedding it's linning. Now I'm no doctor, but yes, if it's something that is concerning you, don't hesitate to make an appointment.
I think it also decreases as you get older though because pre menopause/menopause probably contributes to the thinning of the uterus lining.

It depends on the women I guess. For some its normal for some its an irregularity.
As far as I understood you for you its an irregularity (which it would be for me as well). If thats the only change just be gratefull, if there are others changes it could be a hormonal thing. If thats the case than it may be worth to check it, just to be sure.
I massaged my xs cramps away.
after a couple of years she stopped having them
so could be health improvement related or simply cause you started relaxing more in the lower back and groin muscles.
it could be health blood related as well, eating certain things can disturb the process and if you stopped eating that for a while the cramps might stop.
just my 2c as a guy who.. have some medical expertise
If you’re worried about something concerning your heath. It’s always best to contact your doctor and not ask people on here. Few people here know what they’re talking about, but they think they do.

Some have more, some have less. Since yours was a sudden change, it would be prudent to see the doc.
If you’re concerned about it then go get it checked, you know your body better than anyone and nobody here will be able to give you an accurate answer for you specifically. I know for me personally whenever I was obese I didn’t get painful cramps. I would feel everything my body was doing, it just didn’t hurt. Then I dropped around 50 pounds and now they hurt and I don’t feel everything anymore cause it’s masked in pain lol. I am going next month to make sure everything is normal for me
It’s normal. I get cramps extremely rarely, maybe once a year and it’s a slight discomfort. I have only had painful cramps on two occasions in my life, at 14 and at 26. And it was still bearable enough to not bother taking a painkiller.
My cramps stopped when i stopped eating properly. But it also affected my flow. If everything else is normal then i think you’re fine but if you’re worried it’s best to make sure and ease your mind.
i almost never get cramps too, its very normal by the way
how you experience periods changes throughout your life also
I don't get bad ones, just like gas pains or like that diarrhea feeling. Do you mean you feel nothing?
If you're worried, go for it. Always good to be safe.
But I personally wouldn't look a gift horse like that in the mouth.Every woman is different. I've been getting lower abdominal cramps every month since I turned 21.
Sometimes I don't get cramps on my period so it can be normal not to get them. But I do get them sometimes.
and you are complaining?
is your blood flow normal? is your period regular? do you have any other symptoms?
i am a doctor by the wayIt depends on many things:your age, your diet , your lifestyle. You can google it, I don't have very much information about that.
Its good! Lucky you!!
