Absolutely. You just have to make the conscious decision to follow through. Start by addressing the things you’re self conscious about and taking steps to change what you can and accept what you can’t.

it’s easier said then done. I think seeing a professional in mental health is the best option. They know what they’re talking about and they won’t give you well meaning…. But crappy advice.

Definitely. Counseling could make a big difference. It helped me when I was exiting an abusive marriage.
