If you aren't sleeping well add exercise or more exercise if you already do exercise. Practice mediation right before bed. Have no lights in the room and don't use any electronics 1 hour before bed. Blue light glasses will help if you end up using electronics.
I often listen to cool jazz on a timer if I’m relaxed and don’t think I’ll have a problem falling asleep. If I’m a bit more wound up, I might listen to a sleep meditation, which usually works.
Turn off the tvs and phones. Turn off the lights. Lay down and get comfortable. Start counting backwards in your head from 100. Slowly.

For me, some songs albums, or audiobook, or some podcast works. I play them in my phone and after sometime I get sleep.
I find the best way to sleep is to have a woman laying on top of me.
I just lay in bed and think about something pleasant. It does not always work but mostly I get to finally drift off.

You need to find some kind of activity or sport to make you tired little bit so you can sleep straight away..
