What do you do to fall asleep?

Not interested in what you do during the day to sleep better (avoid coffee, avoid tv, etc.).

But when you actually hit the bed, os there anything you do to fall asleep? Some people hit the bed and fall unconscious immediately, and some need some sort of technique to help themselves.
