Feel your regret, but don't let it overwhelm you. If it feels overwhelming, get some professional support from an addictions counselor or therapist.
It's ok to regret it and wish you did different. That shows your values and self-identity have changed from being ok with your addiction to being not ok with it.
Now you keep moving on past it.
What does trading have to do with gambling?
It's addictive like gambling sadly there is no trading anonymous meeting.
If you're making money from trading, you don't need to quit.
If it's taking over my life and I can't do anything else yes I need to there isn't just money in life.
