Just leave it alone and you grow a new toenail eventually.
It will remove itself, you just have to wait.

You can heat a needle, so it's sterile, and burn a hole through the nail to get the blood out if this has happened less than a day ago. Otherwise, the blood may have dried up and coagulated, so there's no point in doing so. The nail will grow out and the damaged area with grow out with it. As long as your toe isn't extremely painful, there's no need to worry about this. You could soak your foot in epsom salts and warm water to ease soreness and swelling. It might scatter the blood spot too.
If it's still sore and swollen in a few days, make sure your toe isn't broken. The doc with tape it to the toe next to it if it is broken, and maybe use a popsicle splint. it'll take several weeks to heal and you might need a boot to protect your foot while it does.
Do the doctor route if you're having trouble and lots of pain.
It'll grow out, eventually. I don't know how long it takes toe nails to grow out completely but it takes almost a full year for finger nails to do that. I'm waiting for one to that, now. I figure the bad section will completely grow out within a month or two. I started going bad on me again last March, I think. This is the third time in the past 50 years I've had to deal with this but, once yours it gone, it'll be gone for good. As far as I can tell, it's only when the nail itself gets badly damaged that it keeps coming back.
Just leave it be, the blood will grow out with the nail,
If it covered a significant area of the nail bed I's suggest you see your Dr who would decide if it needed piercing to relieve the pressure, If you have any pain try Ibuprofen, it will help with the pain and swelling.

The blood will dissipate. Hopefully there's not much pain. Hopefully nothing large and heavy gets dropped on the toenails, they might actually fall off and have to regrow.
Wait. The nail will eventually come off most likely but it will take a while. Tape it if it starts catching.
Nothing you can do but let it heal itself. They wouldn't do a whole lot of you broke that toe
Wait it out, some have run a hot needle through the nail, but it will still show a spot.
Try some darker nail polish.
Problem solved.
There is no need to get rid of the toe. Just let it be and the blood will dry up and disappear in a couple of days.
It will eventually fade or the blood that is stuck on the nail will grow out with the nail and you just clip it off. You don't need to do anything about it
you will have to wait for your nails to grow out past the blood point. it'll go away eventually.
Your body will take care of itself. Just be patient!
You just have to wait until it grows out.
Gotta wait till it grows out.
foot finger XD
but seriously, your toe is fine.
It will simply disperse in time.
It will go way with time
