Girl, I was nervous first time I wore my stretchy pants too. But after while you get used to all dem men looking at you juicy butt. Shoo, I charge for it now coz they be droolin over it like some hungry wolves just wandered out da woods and seen a fat ass for the first time. You ask ol' @decalfong he can't keep that little chopstick away from me.
I have only had two yoga classes but I did not feel calm. i was too busy trying to do it right. When I have more time I plan on taking yoga again. I need more flexibility.

If you are going to do something for anxiety I'd recommend taking a bubble bath or something, I don't see how trying to balance yourself while anxious would help you lol
is it the yoga itself?
or maybe being among that many people?Then do it at home. Sounds like you have social anxiety or are self conscious of exercising in public
Have you tried Restorative Yoga? It is the most relaxing yoga style MANY do it before sleeping.
