If someone beats you are arm wrestling does it mean they are stronger?

Not really

Firstly arm wrestling mostly involves the arm plus it has a lot of technique stuff

So even if someone beats a person in it, it only means they have stronger arm which again is not confirmed

Otherwise, arm wrestling is never a good indication of strength

If you see world's strongest man or other professional strongmen competitions.. they never have arm wrestling and the reason is the same as above...

Strength is usually about how heavy can you lift and how long you can hold it or how many reps you can do

There's a video of arm wrestler Devon Larett easily beat 2019 WSM Hafthor Bjornsson in arm wrestling.. very easily.. but it of course doesn't mean he is "Stronger" cause he can't lift even half of what the Strongman can lift

Also Arm wrestling has a lot to do with technique.. so someone who knows the technique can beat a stronger person even though they can't lift anything like the stronger guy
