I'm a 20 year old male (5'8" 140 lbs), and these two guys who I was talking to said that I'm below the strength for the average man.
I can only bench press 155 lbs for 1 rep max, bicep barbell curl 70 lbs for 1 rep max, tricep rope pulldown for 72.5 lbs for 1 rep max, overhead barbell press for 95 lbs, and squat for 125 lbs 1 rep max.
Is it true that I am below the strength of the average man? Feel free to be honest.
