WHO talks more about their health MEN or women?

Does IT often happen to you that somebody talks about their health with you? WHO talks more and on greater detail on this matter:MEN or women?

I guess its a two sided coin. Women talk more about things that a doctor allready checked, while less often talk about potential illness things. Also more about mental health problems.
While men seem to talk more about potential things AND it seems the reason is, to hear from others infos about it to avoid going to the doctor. I think they rarely talk about things after going to the doctor and only physical things.
This is probably not true on an individual level but generally this seems to be the common variations.
