Has Anyone Experienced A Bad Experience in Receiving Blood Results from Their Doctor?

Blood results? No. Intravenous drip infusion complications? Yeah, to the point when I never want to have another one in my life. I've had whole nights during my childhood writhing, sometimes screaming out in pain as the venflons either maltunctioned or caused something along the lines of an allergic reaction (the actual cause of that was never found) and there was no one immediately available who could set me free from that pain by changing the venflon. A few times I kind of involuntarily attempted to rip the venflon out of my body. There were days when I had to have two or free changes a day due to these complications. I think this ordeal lasted for two of three weeks. After that time, I was perfectly fine with numerous direct injections a day, but I always refused the venflon. It was the memory of this agonizing pain, not the pain of the needle going into my body, that made me tremble during the taking of my blood samples for the numerous tests I underwent. As soon as I realized this kind of pain is not coming, I calmed down immediately. The sight of blood does not make me faint, the pain of the needle going into my body is hardly being registered, and I'm perfectly calm during the whole blood sample taking procedure.

The results were good but getting the result was a pain! The first time they forgot to test me for the thing I wanted results for the most and the second time they forgot to turn my blood into the lab. The third time I went somewhere else and it was just annoying because I was pregnant and feeling horrible. I had to keep going through traffic to get my blood pricked and they kept Messing up.

Yeah... 7 years ago, I was diagnosed with a serious liver condition I'm perfectly fine now, but it was a game-changer for me. Stress level - epic :D

My problem isn't the results coming back. My problem is them taking the blood in the first place. Last time took four jabs, the final one being in the back of my hand with a butterfly. Of course, our local lab just changed hands along with the hospital to which they report, so - - - - - - - - - -

The only one that gets blood out of me is the government. Last time blood was drawn from me they couldn't get a vein and went from arm to arm. Someone from the lab finally came in and was able to get the draw. For a week after both arms were black and blue where the needle had gone in. Then the results were I had an iron deficiency.

They're saying my sugar is pretty high, which I don't understand because I've cut WAY down on my sugar in the past 3 years!! I used to eat candy an the time, I'd drink at least 2 liters of root beer every day and put two heaping spoons of sugar in my cereal and two more in my tea! Now, I hardly have any at al;l in my cereal, only 1.60 spoons in my tea, I almost never eat candy and I only drink about 30 to 40 oz. of root beer a day. some days, I don't drink any at all.

because they act like modern medicine is the only way to treat people

they just prescribe drugs that cost the most to make a bigger profit

Yes nutrient deficiencies in the past mostly wich is extremely common and past thyroid result wich is also common. Nothing Else as i can remember that doctors should have Said.

Only when I had gallstones blocking my bile duct it put my enzymes count in my liver off the charts but once I took care of that problem in the hospital, my liver went back to normal

Yes actually haha. Last year I had blood tests in this laboratory and it came out I had lupus but after I took same tests in other 2 laboratories they came out negative.

Not exactly bad. But I had some weird allergic reaction, and I do not have allergies. Hospital took do much blood from me. They couldn't figure it out. And asked me to come into get more blood out of me. I didn't go.

Found out I had syphilis once... had to get 3 rounds of penicillin shots in my ass once a week... good God that nurse hit bone, and the injection itself was worse
