Have you ever had this happen to your health?

Lately, my health has just been downhill. I got sick with what seemed to be a viral infection 2 weeks ago and a week later it turned into a full blown sinus infection that felt like i was gonna die. I went to the doctor and tested positive for strep and was given antibiotics. I do feel better know but still not great. I was on antibiotics for 4 days know an im still couging a bit and my throat still hurts. I have been feeling very weird lately like it it 90 degrees outside and it doesn't seem to be bothering me at all and i have these cold chills even tho there is no fever anymore. Had anyone ever had this happened to you?

Yes, these conditions can take a long time to recover from. I gad pneumonia a few years ago. I did not know it at the time be ause I dragged myself to work anyway but after a few weeks I finally went to rhe doc. I think I was sick for the whole winter. Just rest as much as you can and do what the doc says

It's been a while but yeah some years back I got sinusitis after having a cold or flu virus and it seemed to take forever to cure it. I know it sound cliché but try to get adequate nutrition and rest.

This happened to my friend after he took the COVID shot and the same is currently happening to another who also took them.
