So I was browsing a barbells online and they have 1kg/2kg/3kg/4kg each dumbells and I want to have a lean arms. But I want to do it at home. But I saw this in video I don't know how much this girl is lifting?
It depends on your goals. 1-4 kg for arms is OK if you have series of many reps (range of 15) and your goal is not building strength or muscle mass. For strength or muscle mass, you will need a lot more weight so you can train between 50-80% of your 1 rep max. If the girl on the pic is using 5kg plates (guess), she is lifting 30 kg in total (bar is 20 kg)
