Best way would be to ask them. My theories:
I went because I had burn when I pee and I had itchy in vagina and vaginal discharge
He dont asked me if I am sexual active
Best would be to just make an appointment or call them to ask. No one here will be able to give you a final answer, only speculations.
Also he asked me when it was my last period?
Yes that makes sense. Although they kinda always ask that. My theories hold. You will not know for sure until you ask them.
Why they ask that always?
Because many symptoms are completely different in nature depending where in your cycle you are. Also tracking irregularities can help. The answer to that question can give them insight into things they would need much more time for with different questions. Knowing what can and what cannot be a trigger for a symptom is important.
Also he asked me if I am doctor because I used medical terminology?
Because he thinks you're pregnant. I can't say WHY he thinks that, I don't know why you went, what you told him or what happened there.

Maybe he wants to know if you're pregnant or not.
