My phone doesn't keep me awake at night. As soon as I go to bed I switch off the wifi on my phone and put the phone on DND until I wake up in the morning. I have a duty phone that I have to keep on ring mode 24/7 for work purposes but I barely touch that phone.

As for my phone I switch it over to airplane mode when I retire for the night & the same thing goes for my wifi network which automatically turns off between set hours.

More seriously, it's pretty bad sometimes but I try to keep it in control. It's not unusual to be stuck on my phone for a few hours when I should be sleeping.
