I like the old fashioned ice pack where you fill it up with ice and screw the cap on. Just lie down on some pillows and place the ice pack on it. It will lay flat in just the places you need to cool down.
@Lieutenant00 Oh, you are very welcome 🌹. Did you find the old fashioned ice pack? They really work well. I am so glad I was here to help you get relief for your pain.
@Lieutenant00 I looked on the internet by typing in "where can I buy an old fashioned ice pack with the screw on top". I don't know if I can give you websites that have them, but www. mileskimball. com - they have a phone number on their website page. And there were others too. They showed pictures of them on some sites so you know you're getting the right one. I don't know where you live but I think if you ask the pharmacist at Walmart, CVS, Walgreens they probably do have them if you ask.
I hope you can find one (probably good idea to buy more than one🙂) now. The best of luck 🍀 to you 🤕
Have you tried a cool pack / putting a soaked sponge in the freezer, to rest it on your scalp? This helps with heat and heat rashes. I've had eczema throughout my life too, if it's really itchy you can use Benadryl / allergy medication for the antihistimine to assist the itchyness, or use a anti-itch cream (natural without irritants of course) You can maybe find a Hydrocortisone cream to help take the itching away, while removing the inflammation of the eczema. If you have a place like Drug Mart, or Pharmacy, talk with the pharmacist and they can help you find the right product!
You can also use: Unscented moisturizers for face / body to rehydrate your skin and prevent further itching Aloe to help calm the skin from flare up
Thank u lady, I haven't tried it as I have no idea about it, can I find it in Türkiye? I don't have something like itchy but inflammation makes my hair unpowered
fold a washcloth take cold water from the refrigerator and moisten cloth but squeeze it spread it on the scalp. every few minutes add more cold water from the frij.

How can find it, thanks for commenting

I believe Walmart and drug stores sell them.
They come in two sizes. I like the larger one to get more coverage.
I hope you feel better soon 💐
Thank u a lot
