From the sound of it, it doesn't seem like your eating habits are actually unhealthy or bad. Here are a few things to consider:
- As long as you're fueling your body properly after a tough workout, that's a good thing. Protein helps build muscle.
- Maybe she just doesn't understand that intense exercising works up an appetite. Explain your body's needs to recover and grow.
- Is she worried you'll get too bulky or something? Reassure her you're not trying to become a bodybuilder.
- Ask what specifically bothers her about your post-workout meals. Is it the quantity, types of foods, etc. Find a compromise.
- Could be she's insecure about your focus on fitness if she isn't as into it. Spend quality time with her too.
- Try cooking a meal together occasionally as couple time. Involve her so she feels part of the process.
- If her anger seems over the top or controlling, you may need to have a respectful talk about boundaries. Your health should be a team effort.
Talk it out and work as a team. Seems like lack of communication more than anything. Find a balance you're both comfortable with. Don't change yourself too much if you feel good!

I'd try to avoid eating as much when you're around her. A lot of people don't realize that when you're lifting weights, you need a huge amount of calories to have any appreciable gain in muscle mass.
