How can I help her with a yeast infection?

I noticed an odor for some time now. I asked her if I could peek and she let me. I spread her with my fingers and immediately identified a yeast infection.

How can I help her? Are over the counter solutions effective?

It could be bacterial, vaginitis, bacterial, vaginosis, or yes, it could be a yeast infection, but pretty much every woman over the age of 15 knows what a yeast infection feels like! It could also be chlamydia, and it could also be a perfectly normal healthy vagina since a normal vaginal discharge is clear, white, or off-white. you're not a doctor and inserting your fingers into her would likely introduce more bacteria, and worsen any condition she may already have! She needs to see a doctor. And you need to keep your fingers out of her unless you've washed them thoroughly, which means vigorous rubbing with soap and hot water for about three minutes.

Just you putting your fingers in there, if you didn't just wash your hands really good you could have introduced more and different bacteria in her. That goes for her as well.
If a woman's vajayjay is going to be touched - every single time the person must wash their hands really well first. Even before sex.
I agree 💯 with everyone here, she has to see a physician who can make a proper diagnosis.

Be smart keep everything out of there and get her to a Doctor and none of the over the counter stuff No dipping your wick in there till she is all clear or you will keep reinfecting her

You are not a doctor. How are you going to know what a yeast infection looks like down there? Before she gets anything over the counter, she should seek professional advice.

There is a white, pasty substance. That is usually indicative of yeast. I spread and looked. I gently inserted my finger very shallow and also found the substance on my finger. I assured her I wasn't judging her and that I only want to help. It did not have a particular odor. I just noticed a general odor when I am in her presence.

There is more to the vajayjay than just a yeast infection. There are other forms of infections as well.
To be sure, she should still see a doctor.
