Trending & News First of all, competitive eating has plenty of tips that a lot of mukbang youtubers will also take advantage of before filming.
Secondly, you’re not going to have a heart attack from eating 7,000 calories. Yeah, it’s a lot but there’s a lot of people who will just eat that in a single day. That doesn’t kill them, they don’t have heart attacks (and honestly calories are never counted with 100% accuracy). Not to mention that everyone’s nutritional needs are different. If you want to look it up, the idea that you only need 2,000 calories in a day is a gross understatement of a baseline nutritional value for a person, and government-oriented means of nutrition such as the food pyramid are heavily influenced by lobbyists in specific food industries, dairy being a huge one - just look up “government cheese caves” and you’ll see why every government standard for a full nutritional diet includes dairy in some way.
Thirdly, not everyone needs 2000 calories in a day, some need less, some need a lot more, it more varies based on genetics, height, and weight than anything else. And you can be skinny and have a heart attack, being thin doesn’t necessarily mean you’re healthy, it just means you have different nutritional needs than someone of, let’s say Irish descent whose ancestors survived the potato famine. That singular event changed their DNA fundamentally to make losing weight that much harder on all of their descendants because they were so desperate to keep their fat stores so they could continue to survive. It’s all relative, and there’s a lot of fatphobia in the media that makes us think a little chub is somehow a sign of morbid obesity, I would worry more about media consumption than I would food consumption in a majority of cases.
There are high calorie meals like mashed potatoes or peanuts that could lead to a 7000 calories in a single day. I used to go to seasonal parties at church where all kinds of high calorie meals were served like pizza, Kentucky fried chicken, macaroni salad etc...
They eat 7,000cals in that day & then drop into a deficit to lose the fat along with doing cardio.
For instance, I weigh 156lbs right now with a caloric maintenance of 2,270cals. If I ate 7,000cals tomorrow, it would put me in a caloric surplus of 4,730cals for that day.
If the food is thermogenic enough, it could bump my caloric maintenance for that day up to 2,770cals making the caloric surplus a smaller one of 4,230cals.
If I wanted to lose that fat in a week, all I'd have to do is eat in a deficit of 600cals per day which would be 1,670cals per day.
By adding a form of cardio on top of the calorie restriction, I would burn even more calories, getting me closer to my goal sooner.
For instance, if I burned 200-300 extra cals worth of cardio a day for a week (ideally in a low intensity manner so I could do it daily), the deficit could be smaller at around 1970-2070cals. Which is still a good amount of food.

He might have hypermetabolism. I do and have to eat at least 5000 calories per day to maintain my weight.

You've gotta be talking about beard meats food
If so he fasts for a couple days often before he does these videos and doesn't eat after often (except a cheeky dessert for shock value) also works out like crazy.
Because real life isn't a cartoon
