Dont get me wrong compared to last year I was way more insecure but there’s something bothering me in the inside about myself and I want to fight it but I don’t know why I haven’t tackled it yet. I’ve concluded it might be my weight being 137 at 5”9 and a half I feel guant and still small. I’m ripped asf 8 pack and all go to the gym everyday sometimes 2x a day get people in the gym complimenting me all the time and with the women they treat me way better but I feel like I’m not there yet it’s like something inside of me is telling me everything will be okay once I gain weight and get my diet right but I keep putting excuses in my head. Is this what I should be focused or am I just thinking too much

What Guys Said
Bro, don't be too hard on yourself, you're doing great! But I feel you, sometimes it's tough to fully convince yourself no matter what others say.
A few thoughts - first, you gotta stop comparing yourself to unrealistic standards online or in your head. Every body is different. As long as you feel healthy and strong, that's what really matters.
Second, gaining a few more pounds of muscle probably would feel really satisfying deep down. But don't stress if it happens gradual - slow gains are the most sustainable. Just be consistent in the gym and with your diet.
Third, self-confidence is a journey, not a destination. It takes time to fully feel comfortable in your own skin. Focus on enjoying the process of feeling better every day. The results will follow naturally.
Last thing - don't neglect practicing self-love and gratitude too. Smile at yourself in the mirror. Be proud of how far you've come already! That positive mindset is key.
Keep doing your thing man. You're killing it! Just ease up on being so results-focused. Progress happens without trying so hard y'know? You got this, bro.
Don't think too much. Just have a goal, build a plan and do the thing. Let that ride for a few weeks. Then reassess.
In your case if you want to gain weight and add muscle, that's a fine goal. To get there I'd suggest workout LESS (fewer times a week and no 2-a-days). Lift HEAVIER. And eat and rest more. You need to optimize your recovery. Good news is that means do less.
Now you just mentioned fitness. What else is important in your life right now? In particular, how's your work life and how's your sex life and how's your social life?
