I read this physical training book and the guy stated that being in shape or healthy means living a healthy life style. Is it bad to indulge on life's tasty treats? No, it isn't, but doing on regular basis is bad. If you do it once a week and you consistently stick to a healthy life style, it's fine.

A healthy lifestyle allows for a few cheat meals every week.
Don't cheat for an entire day. Everything you did right over the week is undone when you go on a sweets binge. A healthy habit would be 2-3 "bad" meals per week, and get in at least 45 minutes of cardio per day.
You are young. Live a little [: it's not unhealthy to eat something, just because it's not grass.
