How can I get some cheap relief for my ear tinnitus?

I have the worst noise I'm my ear does anyone have any ideas I can use to get some relief?

I know the cause of it I just want to second without the noise.

I had this problem and went to the doctor...Of course it maybe neurological, but it might be physical and curable...The Eustachian tube is a tube that links the pharynx to the middle ear it maybe stuffed up. Try saline nasal spray from the drug store (not the medicated one just plain saline), also make sure your ears are dry after a shower, use ear plugs or very carefully remove water with ear swab.

Do you know what's causing it (ie, nerve impingement, high bp, etc)? There are a lot of causes for tinnitus so it's really hard to say what would work with you without really knowing the cause.

There is none as far as I can tell. I've asked many people many times.

I have to live with it. To me it sounds like cicadas, the intensity varies from moment to moment making it almost invisible to so intense I can't concentrate on anything else. I don't know what influences this intensity.
