i’ve been wearing the same eye prescription for a year and I put on my old prescription today and I felt more energy. I don't know if it was eye strain but I felt better. The only difference between the prescriptions is my left eye is a little stronger. What do you think?

Huh, that's interesting bro. The eye prescription thing could definitely be affecting your energy levels. I'm no eye doctor, but it makes sense that if your old prescription was a little different, especially in one eye, it could be impacting how your eyes are working and causing some strain.
That eye strain could definitely be zapping your energy and making you feel more fatigued. Eyesight is so important, even if you don't think it's a big deal. If there's even a slight difference in how your eyes are focusing, it can throw your whole body off.
I'd say it's probably worth getting your eyes checked out again, just to make sure your current prescription is still the right fit. Even small changes can make a difference. And if switching back to your old one gave you an energy boost, there might be something to that.
Might be worth talking to your eye doctor about trying a new prescription, or maybe just seeing if they can tweak the one you have now to reduce any strain. It's an easy thing to overlook, but your eyes play a big role in how your whole body functions.
Don't hesitate to be proactive about it, dude. If a simple change in your glasses can give you more pep in your step, why not give it a shot? Gotta take care of yourself, you know? Let me know if you find out anything else about it.
