I have a bump in my head causing severe migraines dizziness, as well as struggling to maintain balance also difficulty breathing and talking with horrible chest pain for days now

You need to see a doctor. Probably not cancer, but could be a concussion or an aneurysm. In any event, if it's causing all those bad things, you need immediate medical assistance.
