That’s #1 for me.
Good chance I’d be a firefighter right now otherwise. But I don’t think they hire you if you can’t do ladders😅 There are no “1st-Floor-Only” firefighters that I know of, haha. But I get the jelly-legs as soon as I’m more than like five feet off the ground😂 Even when my brain is actively telling me not to worry, there’s something automatic and subconscious that just makes my legs uncontrollable.

Not really. As a kid I wasn't scared at all I'd climb everywhere. As an adult I'm a bit more careful. But I still jumped off trees on a rope. It took more willpower than it used to but I still did it :). I think it's just because I'm a lot more aware of what would happen if the rope didn't hold me and my body is older and heavier and doesn't heal as easily.

From a balcony or top of steps if their railing no. A cliff or ladder, yes, even in movies. Make me weak in the knees.

After falling off a ladder at a height of approximately 4 meters (about 13 feet), through the branches of a tree that sort of mitigated the effect, yes, definitely.

I'm terrified of height, and I once climbed a 3 section ladder at full extension 10m high, working on the ladders.

No. I like to platform dive in the swimming pool and once fell out of a plane at 3000 feet (I had a static line parachute so it deployed) but I did not intend to jump at that moment.

No, but yes.
I can climb rocks or sailboat masts with minimal problems.
But standing on a balcony somewhere higher than 4th floor makes me nervous.
