I found this again on the internet and started the workout again.
The picture attached is the workout she does.
I'm on day 3 and feel less bloated.
Is this a good workout to do for 30 days to lose bellyfat if you have a belly that looks like you're a few months pregnant?
I'm watching what I eat and still do 10000 steps a day.
Anyone else remember this workout or has done it?
