Have you ever done a 60 to 72 hour fast and how did it go if you have?

I'm thinking about doing at least a 60 hour fast.

The only one I’ve done is 26 hours, and that time I felt weak, it was my first time. . I think I can go longer now, because there have been times when my first meal was at 2:00. When I did intermittent fasting years ago, I could do 22 hours. Now I like to eat around 11:00 or 12:00.

If you do, make sure to hydrate yourself and have salt.

Honestly, fasting is only doable if your retired and just sit at home all day But if you work you will have no energy to do anything, and your bones will hurt. Eat a small healthy meal if you want to lose weight at least then your body still gets some nutrients to keep you energized.

Yeah. During Covid there was no food in the house and the groceries delivery took three days. It was doable but at the end I really was feeling a bit queasy.
