Does this sound like I have Crohn's Disease?

So I had surgery from cancer in my arm 2022. At the end of 2022, I decided to cut out a lot of processed food and go to the gym. If I did want to go to a fast food chain, it was either Chipotle or panda express. During that year, I got severe stomach pains, and started feeling more tired and becoming weaker. I couldn't keep my hands and feet warm. I had this pain in my throat and sometimes I would throw up water. Next year, everything got worse and the Dr. blamed it on my vitamin d deficiency because the ANA came back negative. Towards the end of 2024, I noticed along with the switch from constipation and diarrhea that my food kept showing up regularly in my stool. I would feel Nausea taking anything that had added protein like protein powder/bars/shakes, but I thought it was from the taste
They said I had gerd, they said the random purple spots were eczema and yes my body was weak so they just put down polyarthritis. Blamed obesity and sleep apnea.
The lettuce, the cabbage, the kale, spinach broccoli corn carrots beans onions mayo cheese strawberries has always been part of my diet However for the last 3 weeks I've been using cheese, yogurt, popcorn, dragonfruit, kimpab with sesame seeds as a snacks and cheese in dinners like tacos, grill chicken salad, spinach meatball pasta
I had 2 stalks of asparagus and my urine switched sulfuric same day. I've been burping a lot more and feeling bloated. I suspect my brother might be like me, but a little bit different. He can't have lamb at all. We've rushed him 3x to the hospital for stomach pain. His rashes were bigger on his hand and arm and cleared up with steroids. He has this cough over several years and he spits in a cup all the time. (We eat the same dinner) Almost 2 weeks ago we rushed him to the hospital and they said his heart was inflamed. I went to the doctor this week and my bloodwork shows inflammation.
I think his heart, intestines, and lungs are affected while my joints, heart, and intestines are affected
