Is it harmful for the body if you eat 2 egg yolks on the days when you exercise?

I have heard that it increases cholesterol in our body. I don't want to get a heart attack at a young age :-o

I exercise for 1.5 hours when I do. Also I eat egg yolks only on the days that I exercise.
