More protein is good for almost everybody. Eggs come with a bit of saturated fat and a moderate but surprising amount of sodium... for some people that matters a lot, for most people not. Either way... eggs are amazingly tasty. (You can tell I'm low sodium, egg envy).

nope, my grandfather who had a dairy farm next door to us ate eggs every am, red meat, milk straight from the cow, real butter, and lived to be 96.
That was pretty much how we were raised as well.

1 medium chicken egg is around 100 kcal. Yolk contain 75% fat, has 180g lipids (cholesterol)
People with high LDL cholesterol (bad one) shouldn't eat much eggs. Chicken meat is probably batter option to get proteins for people liver problems.

Eating eggs is actually part of my treatment, I eat 1-3 a day. Especially as breakfast where my goto recently has been a baked egg with bell pepper chunks and then on one of these.

Yes, I know, and I actually tried various types of eggs, not just chicken eggs, but also duck eggs, goose eggs, turkey eggs, and quail eggs.

Another thing that is very healthy is chopping 2 garlic cloves let them stay for about 10min and then eating them. Well yes it might not taste so good 😅
