Nothing serious or potentially life-threatening, but COVID fucked up my rhythmic clock and, by extension, many things, such as daily routines, especially those not externally enforced. Yes, I can work like normal, not struggling much, but still trying to get my private life daily schedules back. Still struggling with things like gym. Still haven’t recovered from weight and muscle loss. Still haven’t recovered from sleep cycle disruptions, though it wasn’t too good pre-COVID anyway.
Never tested positive though.
Anyone still feel like COVID fucked you up one way or another?

I had fatigue for several weeks and then it went away. During this time, I mixed apple cider vinegar with calcium supplements. I mixed peanut butter with blue berry supplements. I drank vegetable and ginger tonics each day. I had 24 hour soaked Chia seeds and boiled dates with milk every other day. I had manuka honey every other day. I mixed creme with coffee with vitamin B1 every morning. I had almonds every day. I had peppermint tea every evening. I had yogurt every night. I would eat either 3 pieces of fruit or 5 vegetables once a day. I had miso soup with sea weed every other day. And I got better.
No yet the memories stay with me a lifetime of that surreal, time, when there was less traffic

And a fascinating recession 🗓️ 📈 📉 📈 back then 6 years ago to this month 😲
Everything seemed almost dystopia without the instability. Aka the lights were on and everyone was home except essential workers 👍🙃
