I have a lot of pain from illness from years ago that was no fault of mine
Does anybody have ways of accepting and dealing with pain knowing you will need to face it all of your life?

It's not fair
Totally unfair and that is terrible,
You have a right to your feelings and your emotions about how you’re screwed over in life (I share a lot about the world crapping on people all the time on here).
You need to accept this is how it is and accept the tools to make life more manageable for your sake, health, mental wellbeing, happiness.
Nobody chooses an illness and it sucks, got to cope with it best you can and deal with the cards you were dealt. There is hope. I’m sure in the future there will be even better tools to manage your chronic pain so, that’s something to look forward to.
I’m sorry, I wish you the best. Sometimes life is unfair and you are allowed to be mad about that.
It isn't fair. Life isn't fair for anyone. You may think you got dealt the short straw but you didn't someone has a shorter straw. I just saw a guy who did not exist below the belly button and he was thriving. Every path has it hurtles and ups and downs. It is up to you to decide how you feel about them. Many find strength in the fact the path they walk is more difficult. Some find peace knowing that their positivity through there struggles is inspiring to others. It is all in your head, You choose how to write your story.
Just gotta deal with it. I have nerve damage from an abusive ex. I'll be in pain likely for the rest of my life.
Sorry to hear that. Yeah it sucks even more when it's not your fault even

Can I ask you something do you believe in yourself
If you would please DM me and I will tell you something that you can do but you have to do it Faithfully each and every day and it will take so much pain away it's unreal but you will have to do it every single day of your life and it's nothing bad it's all very very good
What is it?
What is it that I can do?
Ok this is going to sound crazy
Do you know what the fastest healing animal is on the planet
It is a cat heals 9 times faster than anything else. The reason why is every thing on this planet is energy every thing on this planet vibrates
Cat pur a frequency that vibrates is organs everything in his body
Try it for 20 minutes one day just hum but feel it down into your chest first fill it in your throat and then follow it put your hand on your chest and feel it down in your chest you can make that vibration go all the way through your whole body wherever the pain is it's like a meditation but if you do that and do it everyday I guarantee your pain will start disappearing but you'd have to do it everyday but try it for 20 minutes one day but get the right frequency down into your chest first and then wherever the pain is and see how you feel after 20 minutes of doing it I guarantee you're going to feel different and yes you don't have to tell me I know it sounds crazy but it works it will also keep younger healthier happier
You've heard the monks how they hum the tone that they use do it like that at first until you get it down but the key is to feel it vibrate throughout your whole body but like I said you have to really get into it to do it and please let me know what happened how you feel or if you have any questions and I can tell you another way too but you have to try this one first
Interesting. I'd try anything to help. How do I find the right way to do it
You can DM me if you have any info to do it right 🙏
I had a lot of lower back issues in my mid to late twenties, lot of pain, whited out a few times, learned a few tricks on how to pick thing up, get out of bed things like that. Over time i found i had no pain, but i still have to be careful, my back gives me hints that it will punish me if i continue
That's good. What about things you can't control and pain that won't ever go away?
Long time!
Glad it left. Hope mine does but it won't
Life is not fair. You have to deal with it. Might some day you may find a new prescription for it.
I know it's not fair. I wish it was fair though
Have you seen a doctor? They're always bragging about all their great pain relief methods.
Yes I have
Sounds like you need a second opinion.
Life isn't fair, but if you have a family and friends that love and care about you, consider those that have nobody. You are in a far better place than they are.
I am also tormented by the question..
