My question has changed. I did not asked about movies or books. I did asked only recommends.

I have this idea that feeling sad is often mistakenly labeled when we are actually feeling "ignorant". For example people who worry about AI and other electromagnetic surveillance tech going too far, are only sad because they are unaware of how in the spiritual world anything physical can already be perceived. Privacy never existed in the physical world. Moreover, the "tech" deadening force is and always was an inevitable impulse, like a tidal wave large enough you could know it is coming from miles away. And we participate in transhumanism when we repeat the same mindset that causes the event in the first place, e. g. needing an external entertainment to "fix" the sadness.

That's how i tend to view sadness, a motivator to learn more.

Perhaps movies quench it briefly because you feel like you do learn something. But if it is fictional then you feel sad again as soon as the story ends.

Why not learn the deeper parts of real life that never end? ㅤ
