Trending & News I usually have a plan B so if I oversleep, or have a problem it doesn't matter.
On Sunday was a case in question, I turned the alarm off and I went back to sleep.
I was meeting my cycling group early in the morning, but this week we were meeting a few miles further from our usual meeting place, so an even earlier start.
I did a check a few days earlier, and there was a train service that I could use if I didn't feel like cycling the longer distance, and would give me more time in the morning to prepare for our ride.
My plan B worked perfectly, I had a longer sleep, which perhaps I needed, and I was also fresher than the other cyclists for cycling all the day because they would cycle to the meeting place.
So my advice would be, always have a contingency plan to handle unforseen obstacles.
I almost overslept for my anticoagulation INR appointment this morning.
Almost.
I made it there on time, but just.
I'd set my alarm for PM instead of AM.
Sheesh.
It was a good thing that I showered last night.
Lol.
Never. I'm a morning person, there's no such thing as sleeping in.
I have never overslept. I don't sleep enough.
