Has anybody overslept lately?

I never over sleep. I don;t use an alarm clock. I never needed one. Both yesterday and today I over slept. I wonder if it is because it gets light out so early.

I didn't use to, my biological clock was perfect... go to bed on time, get up on time... but the bad stuff the last two months, makes things hard to sleep. Using prescribed stuff to sleep and pain meds, now I can't seem to wake up on time or go to bed on time.

I should add, the Roomba starts at 6am and is a great alarm clock, but I'm even sleeping through that.

I really should of called them grumpy and bumpy, lol... maybe I'll rename them... but they usually make great alarm clocks at 6am.

I have the opposite problem. I work nights. Most of the rest of the world requires late morning appointments.. which is like 1-3am for most people. I can’t get up for that. Keep postponing.

Apparently my daughter did yesterday, and she said she did have more than one alarm set but she's been working a lot of 11-12 hour days.

Re. Update. Because the sun comes up late.. well I don't know what time my roster wakes me. It's probably later now than it used to be. I don't abide by the clock. I think he yells around 5.30 maybe? I'll check...

I kinda do the opposite. I don't sleep well and I don't sleep for many hours. I suffer from insomnia.
