OVERALL workout? No. They work specific sets of muscles and not ALL the muscles. All the muscles need to be worked for a good OVERALL workout.
If you did exercises such as these one day a week, and focused on other muscle combos- especially extension exercises for those in contraction for this movement a day- and added some cardio on your "off" days, then THAT would be a a good OVERALL workout.
