What causes night sweats when you aren’t in menopause?

What is the cause of it? I’m 30 and feel hot and my back is soaked with sweat after I wake up in the morning. I am not even close to menopause. What is causing this and is this bad for my health? What health concerns cause this?

When you sleep your body heats up automatically and if you ate before you went to bed, it’s gonna really heat up and you can wake up sweating.
