Is a 137/107 blood pressure reading dangerous if I feel unwell?

It means your diastolic measurement is elevated at 107 vs a "normal" 80 or about 34%. And your systolic measurement of 137 is elevated vs a "normal" 120 or about 14%. Which means your heart muscle is never relaxing to an acceptable level. You're in stage 2 hypertension. Long term, that is not good. Go see your doctor.

That is not what I meant. Normal is different for those two measurements. For the upper measurement 137 is not unreasonable. However, for the lower measurement, 105 is a bit high.
