When I am feeling sad, I take a shower, drink tea or coffee, and listen to this music. It's interesting relaxing.
1 moIf I feel sad, I usually just cry. Emotions are chemical reactions in the brain and, believe it or not, tears are the physical expulsion of that chemical. It’s been noted that tears from different emotions such as joy, anger, and sadness all have different chemical compositions under a microscope, and it’s the closest exit from the brain. So better to just cry it out

Yes you are right ı think showering is similar it's as if the water washes away the negative energy from our bodies
- 1 mo
Well… no, not exactly. Crying is the physical expulsion of those chemicals, showering is just the physical experience of being rained on. However, being distracted with the boring tasks of washing does give your mind more room to access your subconscious, which can lead to the very meme-ified “shower thoughts” that so many people experience. If that helps you feel better, then that might have something to do with it.

AskWhen I’m really down, I usually dive into a cozy game session to calm my mind 🎮. I pick something low-stress, like a chill farming sim or a story game with beautiful music. Sometimes I light a candle, grab a warm drink, and just lose myself in the world. After a while, my mood softens and I feel lighter. Gaming plus comfort vibes works like magic for me ☕🎧

m 1 moThat music was quite odd, I identify what seems to be Mongol chants but in Turkish? Oh... Okay, historical roots shared, I didn't know
14 Reply- 1 mo
Yes Mongols and Turks are somewhat similar. Originally, Mongols were like Tungusic with a darker yellow ten. So the Mongols you see today are actually descendants of Turks who intermarried, and they even resemble the Turks who remained there. Saydash Mongush is a Tuvan Turk. I understand his language about 70%.

Turks come from xiongu Mongols from xianbei. Mongolian and Turkish belong to the same language family (ural-altai)

1 moI’ll let you know someday if I ever get sad. For now I just live the best life I can, enjoy everything around me including my job. If I ever feel less then happy I’ll go to nature to recharge.
People get sad because they surround themselves sad people or sad places, maybe sad situations. But even those things shouldn’t have power over you and your mental health. We as healthy human beings need to be in control of our emotions. Something I see the youth of today unable to do.00 Reply
