Thinking about breast augmentation for small breasts—what should I know?

Because my breasts are small, I do want to get surgery when I can afford it to make them bigger and I was hoping someone would have some thoughts or information or opinions on this :)

the only stuff I can tell you is it's a couple thousand dollars at least, don't get it done in non western countries as it's much more likely to be botched and after any surgeries you need normally to get check ins post op to make sure it's healing correctly and there's no problems and doing that abroad makes that hard to do and increases the risk of bad results. since you have small boobs to begin with know that the bigger the implants the faker it will look and feel, so it might be better to aim for a C cup than a DD if you care about that. There's different shapes of implants and materials to pick from, the best ones are more expensive obviously. you can also get fat transferred to your boobs along with implants or alone, but that's the most expensive time of breast augmentation. only get a board certified plastic surgeon, and do extensive research into them, and ideally get multiple opinions from different doctors, like 2 at minimum.

think long and hard if you want the surgery, because it can be a lot of money for someone young. personally i'd say it's a good idea if you have very small boobs but if yours are more like a B cup or you have C cups and for some reason you think that's small, then I'd recommend you don't. very small boobs don't look very good personally (though even then a lot of guys really don't mind, it's not a super small % that would still sleep with you or date), but bigger small or medium is completely fine to most people. like half of the famous hot girls in our gen have like b cups. but it's your body, your choice. just don't spend thousands or even 10k dollars to be hotter when it's not the boost you think it is.

I went through this myself back in September so I think I can speak to this. My surgery was an over the muscle implant for a more natural look. I went from an A cup to a D cup. Most of what you need to know will come from your surgeon, but just to sort of recap what to expect after the surgery:

The pain will absolutely be bearable. I only had one oxy and the rest was just Tylenol. That doesn't mean there won't be annoying levels of pain when needing to get up to use the restroom. Don't try to do it yourself to get out of bed. Get help from anyone who is with you or from the nurse.

The most annoying part is found was having to sleep on my back for 6 weeks. It sucked especially because I am a side sleeper. I had to get one of those wrap around body pillows to keep me from moving. It was also annoying not being able to lift my arms above my head for the same time.

Once the 6 weeks are up, you'll have to go back at the 6 week, 3 month, 6 month and year mark (at least I did). You'll start getting back to normal but the settling of the implants will still need to occur so unless you get something that is intentionally supposed to mostly stay perky, it could take a year or so for final results I believe.

If you get a boob job you're going to like it but a lot of guys look at it and say fake that's fake she's fake

I would just say please don't do it because it just looks too fake and you're going to attract the wrong type of guys to you I know girls think that it's going to make them happy and it might but if you just be yourself be real there's nothing wrong with you your boobs are perfect

Without knowing more, it is impossible to comment on your particular case. However, I can tell you that many girls have the mistaken idea that ALL guys prefer big boobs, and the bigger, the better. That is absolutely not true. There are guys who prefer big boobs, guys who prefer medium boobs, and guys who prefer smaller boobs. And guys who have no preference at all. Whatever size yours are, about 50% of all guys will find them attractive. And increasing your boobs won't make them attractive to more guys.

What is noticeable about girls with smaller boobs is that many of them lack self-confidence and THAT takes away from their appeal. A girl with smaller boobs who has confidence and presents herself as a sexual being is very attractive to many guys. Think about girls like Keira Knightley, Natalie Portman, Ariana Grande, and others. They are confident and they have every guy drooling. . . so think some more about having surgery to artificially increase your boob size.

Just consider carefully before putting foreign substances into your body and going through surgery. Fake titties often look and feel like fake titties. Can you talk to women who had breast enhancement for the same reasons you're thinking about it? I'd bet their stories, good and bad, can be all over the pace.

Why do you think you need larger breasts? Clothing options? Impress guys? Your own self image and confidence?

Go see a therapist instead to help you deal with your feelings of inadequacy. You probably don’t need a boob job, you’re probably just crazy. Most guys don’t care how big your boobs are, it’s all in your head. . Once you get a boob job, you have to get new ones every 10 years. They degrade, leak, or harden because the body forms scar tissue around them. They cause inflammation in your body because your immune system is attacking a foreign object inside your body.

Ok seriously. I know nothing about the surgery but if you want to do it you should. Just remember there are downsides to large breasts too. Guys will stare at you a lot plus you’ll have back pain if you make them too big.
