Guys, opinion on "natural" breast augmentation?

I found a great surgeon who does fat transfer breast augmentations with consistently visible and clean results. I've heard so much criticism about implants not feeling natural and some guys hating them. I am wondering if there is a different opinion for something like this that is modest, but will feel and look natural. Or, is it the "principle?" I am in a relationship with a "boob" guy who has remarked little on my interest in getting this done, as a flat chested woman. I know it would boost my confidence, but I am confused as to why he is not as enthused... but he hasn't tried to dissuade me either. Thoughts?

It's not on principle, its risk vs result.

Augmentations, if done well, you cannot tell its not how they originally were.

Implants however are a foreign body stuck inside the boob, so it feels harder, looks weird, and comes with serious long term health risks.

If you get the best surgeon, or one of them, then its more likely that no scars will form, and no one will even know you did it.

That said, it is surgery, which always comes with immediate risks both during, and right after. So thats really on you and your doctor as to whether or not it's a good idea safety/risk wise, and whether you want the result badly enough to go through with said risks.

That's definitely a point that I have wrestled with, but this surgeon uses a technique that is the best of both worlds in terms of safety and appearance, and as with all natural augmentations no general anesthesia or incision is needed. I explained this to my partner, because I was excited, but he kind of just changed the topic. Maybe it's the $$ aspect.

Well, that's a lie I suppose, they need to make a small incision for a cannula to extract and inject the fat. I mean to say they don't make any lacerations; that it's negligible compared to implants.

I wouldn't do this. remember that big boobs in younger women are desired because they are firm. As women with large breasts get older or have children, the big boobs droop. At a young age, big boobs are better, but in adults things change and small breasts are better because they hold up better over time. If you increase your chest now, surely later you will reduce it. but you are free to do what you want with your body.

That's a good point, but I really only want a modest increase as I'm pretty flat. Also, I wouldn't mind if my breasts changed as I got old, as, well, everything will. You are only young and beautiful once!

I don't know, when you have surgery on your chest, the touch is not the same, it doesn't stay the same. You also have to take this into account. Personally, I prefer my girlfriend to have small tits than fake tits. Touching them feels better. Also, as I have told you before, in adult women, or after childbirth, if your breasts are small, they do not sag as much as in the case of large ones. I think guys like big tits when we interact with young women to play and have a good time. But then, when we are adults and we want to start a family, we prefer a girl with small tits, and we look more at the way of being. But come on, you're young and you only live once. You can try. You have nothing to lose. If you regret it, you can always remove the prosthesis.

The benefit of this kind of augmentation is it uses your own fat, so bar something going wrong (like cysts forming, but with this surgeon's technique it is highly unlikely), they feel like normal breasts (which are just fat)! Unless you have a mental dichotomy between attractive women/women who are worthy (i. e madonna complex), why would you suddenly prefer small breasted women when you "settle down"? (I mean no offense, thank you for your comment.)

I dont know why Madonna complex is. I mean that large breasts tend to sag earlier and more after pregnancy, while small breasts remain firm. Young women look good with big boobs because they are firm but older women don't.

I think I, like many women with small breasts, have been told that I look boy-ish or childlike because of my small breasts and it's very hurtful to how I see myself. I dress very feminine and have other feminine features, but it feels like it's not enough. Thank you for your comment

My wife of 50 years has the perfect little body with small A-cup breasts. She is so hot!! There are plenty of sites (Reddit, MeWe, etc.) that have pages dedicated to small breasts and have a huge following. Ultimately, you need to have peace with your body and find a guy who adores how you look!

Don't get me wrong, my partner expresses adoration for many things about me, but I just feel like he avoids (or is indifferent) about my breasts. I can't help but feel like this augmentation will be my peace.
