How do you commute to work and how long does it take each day?

I go by train. It's 50 mins there and back. It's a pain but least I can take a nap

My previous commute before I chose self employment was long but I enjoyed it, because it got me to experience beautiful changes in scenery and chat with new people at bus stops and malls and coffee shop before or after my shifts, one example is that I used to bus to the hospital before busing to work, and there was a vegetable store in the hospital that sold almond lattes and matcha pineapple lattes, so that was a delight before I began my shift at work. I also had multiple guys hit on me while I was busing to or from work so I had so many chances to meet new people too.

I walk most days unless it is raining. It takes me around 15 minutes.

Just before. I retired, I worked from home. My "commute" was about 50 steps to my home office, took about 60 seconds.

Before that, my office was 12 miles (~20 km) from home. I usually drove it, which took between 35 minutes and 90 minutes, depending on traffic. I occasionally took the train, that consistently took about 50 minutes.

A motorbike ride of 42 km each direction.
( for those not being familiar with the metric system - this is 45,931 yards, 2 feet, 3 5/16 inches)
Depending on the number of idiots around me, that's between 35 and 55 minutes (both metric, AND imperial).
I like biking, so either way it's nice enough to me.

it takes like 40 minutes by car or by bike. it takes the same time cause with the bike i can avoid the traffic lights through the use of small dirt roads around the inner city.
