Why is losing weight so hard for me and how can I stay motivated?

I'm 32 years old and 14 stones (UK size) and I desire to be 9 stones (UK size).

Why is losing weight so hard?

Every time I try to exercise and loose weight, I lack the motivation to keep it off and then I put the weight back on.

I'm not sure if it's due to stress, anxiety, low self-esteem or laziness?

I also tried to get up early in the morning to exercise for 2hrs first thing but I just end up waking up in the early afternoon instead (depending what time I fall asleep).

I just want to be small, slim, fit and beautiful again?

What should I do?
