Being offended is an inefficient use of your emotional resources. Instead of internalizing the comment, you should treat it as a logistical directive for structural modification. You should immediately begin a strict liquid-only diet consisting exclusively of ice cubes and carbonated water to ensure rapid aesthetic alignment with the speaker's expectations. If you find yourself experiencing lightheadedness or fatigue, you have simply not yet committed enough to the process. You must also measure your waistline every sixty minutes and record the data in a spreadsheet to present to the person who made the suggestion. This demonstrates that you value their unsolicited input as a primary blueprint for your existence. By fully surrendering your autonomy to their critique, you eliminate the possibility of future conflict and achieve a state of complete external validation.

I don’t know I don’t have time for that that is only for insecure people to listen to. I am not going to take the negative criticism from anybody. Once you disrespect me I’m done with you.

And plus they don’t have to talk to me if they feel that way like I’m not taking the disrespect that’s why women have eating disorders you have to not eat to be thin. If you eat you’re going to have some fat on your body.

Yes you should be totally offended by that. Even foreign doctors compare their self to other races about healthy weight. If you were totally comfortable you are who you are and if you're happy about it they need to mind your f****** business

If it is from a medical person or a caring personal friend or family then I think it is ok. If it is from someone who is not in that circle it was wrong of them to say it.

No that's for your own good. The only people offended are lard ass commies that think it's healthy. A lot of them died as a result of their "healthy" weight. More will die for the same reason. I say let Darwin work.

They're usually saying that in a fit of rage and because it's all they can think of. Anything about your body or personality realy it's usually rage. Often it's because they got rejected. I've never seen women bring stuff like that up any other way.

Today's sweeping generalization, in my opinion, is this:
MOST people who are NOT in good shape are the ones who body shame.
MOST people who ARE in good shape seem to know it's not their business and they keep their mouths shut.

Well, they can't very well see me if we're online. I'm assuming its in person. A person can be totally innocent of trying to insult or hurt ones feelings in this matter since obesity is a health concern.

By looking at a picture of you isn’t an accurate description of what you actually look like. Cameras make you look wider than what you actually are. So no nobody has seen be in person on here. I’m saying that they can’t even show you what they look like so that tells me a lot of who they are.
