It depends on the stress. I'm a relentless planner. So i nip most of lifes problems in the bud. But you cannot plan for everything and with those i work the problem. That's all you can do. I try to remind myself how blessed i am. That this life is temporary ergo so are it's problems. I pray for guidance. And when it seems insurmountable i pray to God for comfort and peace and try to remind myself whatever i'm dealing with, "this to shall pass". God hasn't let me down yet. He's made me wait quite a while sometimes. But he's always got me through it.
Putting my fist through a wall helps.
Focusing on the fix is usually best. Stressing doesn't accomplish much. Figure out what you need to do and think about that only.
With common sense. Most stressful situations in life can be easily resolved.

I can say I've read/talked/discussed/trained (somehow) about stress a lot
And I tell you this confidently:
There are many types and conditions when it comes to stress and the ways to deal with each vary based on several factors

Good question... I think we all have it to some degree at times. I go for a morning trail run in nice weather or go for a swim in a lap pool to chill. Sometimes listening to some good music or reading a book helps... kinda like an escape from the world. And yes TBH sex (solo or with someone special) also puts a smile on my face. Hang in there!
